1. Our copyrights and your use of this material, and acceptable use of our site

2. Your submissions as a user, your user information, privacy,
and security and electronic communications
As a user you are responsible for your own communications and any consequences. You must not do the following things: post material that is for business, or that is obscene or a sexually-explicit image, threatening or embarrassing to another, or that is copyrighted or reveals trade secrets or infringes on the other intellectual or publicity rights of others.
The company is not responsible for screening or monitoring material linked to through our site, or posted by users. Personally identifiable information posted to our site. This is confidential and is initially only viewed by our site and our affiliates. We may send newsletters or other promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the e-mail. If you opt-out of receiving emails about information we think may interest you, we may still send you e-mails about your account or any services you have requested or received from us. The company may use the information it obtains, including IP addresses, names, etc. or its internal business purposes and may disclose the information to third parties for such purposes.
(a) Our servers automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process. The site may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.

3. Local laws, use outside of the USA, termination, and other
CAREERPACE controls and operates our site from the U.S.A., and the materials may not be available for use in other locations. If you use the site outside the U.S.A. you are responsible for applicable local laws.
About any recommendations you send us. If you send or transmit any communications, comments, questions, suggestions, or related materials to CAREERPACE whether by letter, email, telephone, or otherwise, suggesting or recommending changes to our site, including, without limitation, new features or functionality relating thereto, all such information is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary.
You hereby assign all right, title, and interest in, and CAREERPACE is free to use, without any attribution or compensation to you, any ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property and proprietary rights forwarded to us, whether or not patentable, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, developing, licensing, marketing, and selling, directly or indirectly, products and services using such information.
CAREERPACE may discontinue, suspend or terminate your access to the site, the services and/or your account, without notice or liability for any violation of these terms or our billing policy.
Our site is based in Denver County, Colorado. The company makes no claims that the materials are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the U.S. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the our site from outside of the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
This Agreement is governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Except as expressly provided in a particular “Legal Notice,” or software license or material on particular web pages, this agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and the company with respect to the use of our site. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing, signed by an authorized representative of the company.
